Terms of Service

These terms govern Vendor subscriptions to PackFlow and Customer use via Vendor invites. By creating a workspace or accepting an invite, you agree.

1. The service

PackFlow provides: SKU master, artwork approvals, order/production tracking, deliveries, COA/document vault, POs, forecasts, invoices, support tickets, user admin. Vendors pay per plan; invited Customers join free under the Vendor’s subscription.

2. Accounts & roles

Vendor admins manage users and roles (Administrator, Production Manager, Prepress, Customer Service; Brand Owner, Procurement, Quality Viewer). You’re responsible for who you invite, what approval rights you grant, and disabling leavers. Sharing logins is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no reverse-engineering access controls, no scraping other orgs, no uploading malware. Proofs/dielines you upload must be yours to share. We may suspend abusive accounts with notice.

4. Commercial terms

30-day free trial (no card), then paid per quote (Starter/Growth/Enterprise). Per-Vendor flat fee — unlimited customer seats unless stated. Non-payment after 15 days’ notice may pause new Job Cards (read/download stays for 90 days). Taxes extra.

5. COA / quality disclaimer

PackFlow records and surfaces QC verdicts and COAs your team issues — it does not test product or certify compliance. You remain responsible for print quality, testing, and regulatory filings.

6. IP & data

You own your SKUs, artwork, and records. You grant us a licence to host/process them to run the service. Anonymised, aggregated stats (e.g. “avg approval time”) may improve the product — never with customer-identifying data.

7. Confidentiality

Each org’s data is isolated by RLS and never shown cross-org. We don’t disclose Customer rates, artworks or COAs except to run the service or as legally required.

8. Liability

Service “as is” with 99.5% monthly uptime target (Growth+). Max liability = 12 months’ fees paid. No liability for print defects, press downtime, or substrate delays tracked in-app.

9. Termination

Cancel anytime; export stays open 90 days (SKUs, job history, COAs, invoices as PDFs/CSVs). We delete live data within 30 days after that; backups roll off within 30 more.
